Rambling on the Great Orme

Walk Details

A circular walk following tracks and footpaths, avoiding roads where possible. We begin with a steady climb through Victorian Happy Valley to St Tudno’s Church, where the warden will give us a brief history before we continue over the Great Orme to the Rest & Be Thankful café.
We will then follow the western side of Parc Farm with stunning views across Conwy Bay and Snowdonia.
Our route descends to Llandudno past the prehistoric Copper Mines, the miner’s cottages and chapels of the old village, then down through Haulfre Gardens to complete our walk along some of the oldest streets of Llandudno back to our start point.
