Mae profiad yr arweinwyr yn amrywio o hanes hir o arwain teithiau cerdded gyda sefydliadau cerdded eraill, i\u2019r rhai sydd ag angerdd syml am yr awyr agored a helpu eraill i\u2019w fwynhau yn lleol.  Mae pob un o\u2019r arweinwyr wedi derbyn hyfforddiant cymorth cyntaf a mordwyo ac maent yn cwrdd yn rheolaidd ar hyd y flwyddyn.
